Sacral Space is a play on the words sacred and of the sacrum. The sacrum, being the base of the spine, is to me the root and center of all that happens in the body. This, too, is a sacred place: not only is it the center connection point for the body, but it also houses the root Chakra. This is our connection to the Earth, and grounding bringing focus and balance into our lives. I have focused much of my attention on healing ailments stemming from this area, as it is often neglected and always vital.
As a healer, I will bring to your session a delicate sensitivity to both your physical and emotional needs, as you go through whatever process your body, mind, and soul need to regain harmony and health through both deep intensive muscle manipulation and lighter intuitive energy work.

I prefer to work slow and deep for maximum results; therefore, I suggest a session time of 90 minutes. This allows me to give special attention to the whole body.
